CC Pick-Up Schedule 2023
Spring Break- Thursday, March 23rd- Sunday, April 2nd
Last Day of Classes – Wednesday, May 24th
CC Finals are from Wednesday, May 24th, and Thursday, May 25th
CC Residence Halls CLOSE Thursday, May 25th
Our Main Colorado College Pick up dates are Wednesday, May 24th, and Thursday, May 25th
Our services include Summer Storage, Semester Storage, Shipping services, Moving services, Short term moving and Storage services between leases, Hauling services, Repacking services, Ship to school Services, Ikea services, Freighting services, Assembly services, Loading and unloading services, and Indoor car storage services.
With most of our services, boxes, packing material, labels, and tape are included with your deposit and will be delivered to you ahead of time.
Each box kit includes 4 LG boxes, 3 Med boxes, 2 Small Boxes, tie tags, sticker labels, a roll of tape, a poster tube, and a marker.

Box Delivery Schedule
Saturday, May 14th, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Mothers day)
Saturday, May 21st, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
These are the days when we will be delivering boxes (3 different sizes), tape, packaging supplies, labels, markers, packing instructions, and a poster tube to all signed up on campus Colorado College students. CSS will have 1 truck on campus handing out boxes, tape, and packing supplies. All on-campus students will need to meet us at either location listed below on either day of either weekend. Students will pick out their packing supplies at this time they need for storage or shipping services or both. Students can take up to 12 boxes of any size. We also have bubble wrap and wardrobe boxes and TV boxes to purchase if students need them.
Our CSS truck will be located and clearly marked at the following locations and times on both Sundays:

OFF Campus Students- We will deliver boxes to your residence from 3 p.m.- 4 p.m. We will call or text you when we get to your residence, Please come outside and meet us.
CC students that will not be around on either of these 2 box delivery dates, if you email us ahead of time, we will leave a box kit, tape, poster tube, and packaging supplies at the front desk of your residence hall. Please email us ahead of time if you want us to do this for you. Or you can have a friend or roommate come and pick them up from us.
**Need more boxes/ Signed up late: If you sign up last minute and miss the box delivery day or just need more boxes and tape, follow the on-campus pickup schedule listed below on Wednesday, June 24th to meet us at ANY residence hall on campus at any of our trucks to get more boxes, tape, and supplies
We can ship you a box kit anytime for an additional $49. It takes three to four days to arrive. Each Kit includes 8 boxes (5 large and 3 medium boxes) tie tags, label paper, and tape.

1 p.m.-3 p.m. – Outside on the sidewalk between Loomis and Montgomery hall

1 p.m – 3 p.m. - Outside on the sidewalk between Loomis and Montgomery hall
3 p.m- 4 p.m. – If we can get a truck down in the tight parking circle between these halls. Bring to the sidewalk facing the courtyard. Chances are with the tight parking we won't be able to. You’ll need to bring your items to our truck up above between Loomis and Montgomery hall. Come find us, we can help you, we have plenty of staff and dollies.
Off-Campus students and Greek houses
4 p.m.- 5 p.m.- We will call you when on the way.
CC Summer Session Blocks:
**** CSS offers IN-ROOM PICK-UP SERVICES****
You can let us know when we show up at your residence hall that you would like this service and escort us to your room. We will move all your labeled items from your room to our truck. In-Room pick-up is an additional $75 charge. If our employees do a good job please tip them, they are all college students, and work very hard, and can use the extra $$.

**Please login to your account and print out labels using the label paper we gave you.
**Please put 4 labels on any large item, and 2 labels on any small item
**Please use the marker we gave you and write your full name, confirmation #, and school on all 4 sides of any box you give us.
**Storage customers: WE CAN STORE ANYTHING (INCLUDING VEHICLES), IT DOES NOT NEED TO GO IN A BOX! Any items like bikes, skis, snowboards, futons, plastic containers (pack them full of stuff), desk chairs, any furniture, lamps, etc. do not need to be boxed, they are fine the way they are! We can store all items, they do not need to be in a box!
**All flat-screen TVs must be repacked and boxed, or we will do this for you on pick up. There is a $50 -$100 charge for this for custom TV boxes, packing material, and time.
** Shipping customers: WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We will have bubble wrap available. For any items that do not fit in our boxes and you want to be shipped, just give them to us the way they are and we will re-pack them at our warehouse and then ship them for you. We repack and ship a lot of Bikes and Flat Screen tvs for students!
** Both Summer Storage and Shipping Services: Many students use both, our shipping and storage services at the same time!! Just label and tell us which items you want to be shipped and which ones you want to be stored, it's that simple!
** Do not store food: Please do not store any food with your items. Canned food is ok, anything else, please throw it away. It will draw insects and critters into your boxes.
** Return Unused Boxes: Students can take as many boxes as they want. Students that do not return any unused boxes when we pick up their items will be charged for them

** If you would like a special pickup after June 15th, the special pickup fee is $125 throughout the summer. Email or call the office ahead of time to set up. All special pickups are based on our availability
