CSS is locally owned and operated. This is our 17th year in business at CSU. We employ current and former CSU students to work for CSS each year. None of our services are subcontracted out. Our warehouse is located within 5 miles of campus. We own our own trucks and CSS is licensed and insured. We offer NUMEROUS services for both on and off-campus students and parents all summer long and throughout the year.
Sunday, April 30th -10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday, May 7th -10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
These are the days when we will be delivering boxes (3 different sizes), tape, packaging supplies, labels, markers, packing instructions, and a poster tube to all signed-up on-campus CSU students. CSS will have 1 truck on campus handing out boxes, tape, and packing supplies. All on-campus students will need to meet us at either location listed below on either day of either Sunday. Students will pick out the packing supplies at this time they need for storage or shipping services or both. Students can take up to 12 boxes of any size. We also have bubble wrap and wardrobe boxes to purchase if students need them.
Our CSS truck will be located and clearly marked at the following locations and times on both Sundays:
CSU students that will not be around on either of these 2 box delivery dates, if you email us ahead of time, we will leave a box kit, tape, poster tube and packaging supplies at the front desk of your residence hall. Please email us ahead of time if you want us to do this for you. Or you can have a friend or roommate come and pick them up from us.
**Need more boxes/ Signed up late/missed box days: If you sign up last minute and miss the box delivery day or just need more boxes and tape, follow the on-campus pickup schedule listed below to meet us at ANY residence hall on campus at any of our trucks on Tuesday, May 9th and Wednesday, May 10th to get more boxes, tape, and supplies

11 am- 12:30 p.m. - South side of the hall on Plum Street, by the stop sign. Please give yourself extra time to get items down to this pick-up location
Parmelee Hall
12:30-pm-1:30 p.m. - Out in Front of the hall on the sidewalk facing Meridian Ave.
Allison Hall
1:30 pm-2:30 p.m. - Out in Front of the hall on the sidewalk facing Rockwell West and Laurel St.

**** CSS offers IN-ROOM PICK-UP SERVICES****
You can let us know when we show up at your residence hall that you would like this service and escort us to your room. We will move all your labeled items from your room to our truck. In-Room pick up is an additional $75 charge. If our employees do a good job please tip them, they are all college students, and work very hard and can use the extra $$.

Important Pick-Up info-PLEASE READ
**Please login to your account and print out labels with the label paper we gave you.
** Please put 4 labels on large items and 2 labels on small items not in a box
**Please use the marker we gave you and write your FULL name and confirmation # on all 4 sides of any box you give us.
**All students please be ready for us. Have items labeled and packed up and ready to go.
**ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS- You need to have your items downstairs and ready to go at the beginning of your pick-up time for your residence hall!! We are on an EXTREMELY tight schedule. Please give yourself extra time to bring your items downstairs to the designated pick-up location for your hall before we show up.
**Storage customers: WE CAN STORE ANYTHING (INCLUDING VEHICLES), IT DOES NOT NEED TO GO IN A BOX! Any items like bikes, skis, snowboards, futons, plastic containers (pack em full of stuff), desk chairs, any furniture, lamps, etc. do not need to be boxed, they are fine the way they are! We can store all items, they do not need to be in a box!
**All flat-screen TV's must be repacked and boxed, or we will do this for you on pick up. There is a $50 - $100 charge for this for custom TV boxes, packing material, and time.
** Shipping customers: WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We will have bubble wrap available. For any items that do not fit in our boxes and you want to be shipped, just give them to us the way they are and we will re-pack them at our warehouse and then ship them for you. We repack and ship a lot of Bikes and Flat Screen tvs for students!
** Both Summer Storage and Shipping Services: Many students use both, our shipping and storage services at the same time!! Just label and tell us which items you want to be shipped and which ones you want to be stored, it's that simple!
** Do not store food: Please do not store any food with your items. Canned food is ok, anything else, please throw it away. It will draw insects and critters into your boxes.
** Return Unused Boxes: Students can take as many boxes as they want. Students that do not return any unused boxes when we pick up their items will be charged for them

** If you would like a special pickup before May 6th or After May 12th, the special pickup fee is $75 throughout the summer. Email or call the office ahead of time to set up. All special pickups are based on our availability
