UNC Greeley- Pick Up Schedule 2023
CSS is locally owned and family-operated. This is our 1st year in business at the University of Greeley and our 27th year in business overall here in Colorado. We employ current and former College students to work for CSS each summer. None of our services are subcontracted out. We own our own trucks and CSS is licensed and insured. We offer NUMEROUS services for both on and off-campus students and parents all summer long and throughout the year.
With most of our services, boxes, packing material, labels, and tape are included with your deposit and will be delivered to you ahead of time.
Each box kit includes 4 LG boxes, 3 Med boxes, 2 Small Boxes, tie tags, sticker labels, a roll of tape, a poster tube, and a marker.

Box Delivery Schedule
Sunday, April 23rd- Noon- 3 pm
Sunday. April 30th –Noon- 3 pm
These are the 2 days when we will be delivering boxes (3 different sizes), tape, packaging supplies, labels, markers, packing instructions and a poster tube to all signed up on campus UNC students. CSS will have our truck on campus handing out boxes, tape, and packing supplies. Our truck is clearly labeled. Students will pick out their packing supplies at this time they need for storage or shipping services or both. Students can take up to 12 boxes of any size. We also have bubble wrap, wardrobe and TV boxes on hand if students want to purchase them.
Our CSS truck is clearly marked and is white with a red and yellow banner on it.
Our box delivery schedule each day is as follows:
For all signed-up UNC students, CSS will park on each side of campus for an hour on the following dates listed above please come out and meet us.
West Campus- Noon- 1 pm
We will be located in parking lot J along the sidewalk between Holmes Dining Hall and South halls facing the parking lot
Central Campus- 1 pm -2 pm
Our truck will be located in the Parking lot between the Student Affairs building and Decker hall
UNC students that will not be around on either of these 2 box delivery dates, if you email us ahead of time, we will leave a box kit, tape, poster tube and packaging supplies at the front desk of your residence hall. Please email us ahead of time if you want us to do this for you or you can have a friend or roommate come and pick them up from us.
***We can ship you a box kit anytime for an additional $49. It takes three to four days to arrive. Kit includes 8 boxes (5 large and 3 med boxes) tie tags, lable paper, and tape.

3 pm – 4 pm- Outside on sidewalk facing the inner parking lot
All other Off-Campus students
4 pm- 5 pm - We will call or text you when we are on the way to your residence
**** CSS offers IN-ROOM PICK-UP SERVICES****
You can let us know when we show up at your residence hall that you would like this service and escort us to your room. We will move all your labeled items from your room to our truck. In-Room pick-up is an additional $75 charge. If our employees do a good job please tip them, they are all college students, work very hard, and can use the extra $$.

**Please login to your account and print out labels using the label paper we gave you.
**Please put 4 labels on any large item, and 2 labels on any small item
**Please use the marker we gave you and write your full name, confirmation #, and school on all 4 sides of any box you give us.
**Storage customers: WE CAN STORE ANYTHING (INCLUDING VEHICLES), IT DOES NOT NEED TO GO IN A BOX! Any items like bikes, skis, snowboards, futons, plastic containers (pack them full of stuff), desk chairs, any furniture, lamps, etc. do not need to be boxed, they are fine the way they are! We can store all items, they do not need to be in a box!
**All flat-screen TVs must be repacked and boxed, or we will do this for you on pick up. There is a $50 -$100 charge for this for custom TV boxes, packing material, and time.
** Shipping customers: WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We will have bubble wrap available. For any items that do not fit in our boxes and you want to be shipped, just give them to us the way they are and we will re-pack them at our warehouse and then ship them for you. We repack and ship a lot of Bikes and Flat Screen tvs for students!
** Both Summer Storage and Shipping Services: Many students use both, our shipping and storage services at the same time!! Just label and tell us which items you want to be shipped and which ones you want to be stored, it's that simple!
** Do not store food: Please do not store any food with your items. Canned food is ok, anything else, please throw it away. It will draw insects and critters into your boxes.
** Return Unused Boxes: Students can take as many boxes as they want. Students that do not return any unused boxes when we pick up their items will be charged for them

** If you would like a special pickup after June 15th, the special pickup fee is $125 throughout the summer. Email or call the office ahead of time to set up. All special pickups are based on our availability
