These are the 2 days when we will be delivering boxes (3 different sizes), tape, packaging supplies, labels, markers, packing instructions, and a poster tube to all signed up on campus Mines students. CSS will have our truck on campus handing out boxes, tape, and packing supplies. Students will pick out the packing supplies at this time they need for storage or shipping services or both. Students can take up to 12 boxes of any size. We also have bubble wrap, wardrobe, and TV boxes on hand if students want to purchase them.
Our CSS truck is clearly marked and is white with a red and yellow banner on it.
Our box delivery schedule each day is as follows:
For all signed-up Mines students, CSS will park outside your residence hall on the 2 dates listed above and call or text you once we are outside. You can come downstairs and meet us. Our truck is clearly marked.
Mines students that will not be around on either of these 2 box delivery dates, if you email us ahead of time, we will leave a box kit, tape, poster tube, and packaging supplies at the front desk of your residence hall. Please email us ahead of time if you want us to do this for you or you can have a friend or roommate come and pick them up from us.
After these 2 dates, We can ship you a box kit anytime for an additional $59. It takes three to four days to arrive. Each kit includes 8 boxes (five large, and three medium boxes) of label paper, tie tags, and a roll of tape.

**In-Room Pick-Up Services**- You can let us know when we show up at your residence hall that you would like this service and escort us to your room. You will escort our staff up into your room to pick up your items. In-room pick-up is an additional $75 charge. If our employees do a good job please tip them, they are all college students, work very hard, and can use the extra $$. Your items need to be packed up and ready to go in your room.
** Rule # 1-Do not store food, It will draw insects and critters into your boxes. If we find food in your boxes or plastic bins you will be billed a $250 surcharge
**Please log in to your account and print out labels using the label paper we gave you.
**Please put 4 labels on any large item, and 2 labels on any small item
**Please use the marker we gave you and write your full name, confirmation #, and school on all 4 sides of any box you give us.
**All students please be ready for us. Have items labeled, packed up, and ready to go.
**ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS- You need to have your items downstairs and ready to go at the beginning of your pick-up time for your residence hall!! We are on an EXTREMELY tight schedule. Please give yourself extra time to bring your items downstairs to the designated pick-up location for your hall before we show up.
**Storage customers: WE CAN STORE ANYTHING (INCLUDING VEHICLES), IT DOES NOT NEED TO GO IN A BOX! Any items like bikes, skis, snowboards, futons, plastic containers (pack em full of stuff), desk chairs, any furniture, lamps, etc. do not need to be boxed, they are fine the way they are! We can store all items, they do not need to be in a box!
**All flat-screen TVs must be repacked and boxed, or we will do this for you on pick up. There is a $50 charge for this for custom TV boxes, packing material, and time.
** Shipping customers: WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We will have bubble wrap available. Any items that do not fit in our boxes and you want to be shipped, just give them to us the way they are and we will re-pack them at our warehouse and then ship them for you. We repack and ship a lot of Bikes and Flat Screen TVs for students!
** Both Summer Storage and Shipping Services: Many students use both, our shipping and storage services at the same time!! Just label and tell us which items you want to be shipped and which ones you want to be stored, it's that simple!
** Do not store food: Please do not store any food with your items. Canned food is ok, anything else, please throw it away. It will draw insects and critters into your boxes.
** Return Unused Boxes: Students can take as many boxes as they want. Students who do not return any unused boxes when we pick up their items will be charged for them

** If you would like a special pickup after May 6th, the special pickup fee is $100 throughout the summer. Email or call the office ahead of time to set up. All special pickups are based on our availability
