The University of Denver 2024 Schedule

CSS is locally owned and operated. This is our 24th year in business at The University of Denver and 27th overall. We employ current and former college students to work for CSS each summer. None of our services are subcontracted out. We own our trucks and CSS is licensed and insured.

Important Dates

  • Our services include Summer Storage, Shipping Services, In-Door Car Storage over Summer break, and, Moving services over the summer break

  • We also offer Semester Storage, Short-Term Moving, and Storage services between leases at the end of July and early August **Very popular for off-campus students, Hauling services, Packing services, Ship to School Services, Ikea services, Freighting services, Assembly Dis Assembly services, Loading and unloading services, Car storage over winter break, Handyman services at a students residence.

  • With most of our services, a box kit is provided to each student ahead of time. Each Box Kit has boxes (4 lg, 3 medium, 3 small boxes) a roll of tape, tie tags, printer sticker label paper sheets, a marker

  • Box Delivery- DU On- and Off-Campus Students: We will deliver boxes and packing supplies directly to you the 2 Sundays before School lets out on campus. June 2nd and June 9th  from 11 am- 4 pm

  • We also have extra packing material available for you if you want it like bubble wrap, small and LG TV boxes, poster tubes, mattress covers, and wardrobe boxes. 

  • We will bring mattress covers with us in case you have a bed and put them on for you. 

  • We keep in touch with all signed-up students and parents with weekly text and email updates before school lets out starting April 1st and sporadically before school starts up in August.

  • DU on-campus students Main pick-up dates: Sunday, June 9th, Tuesday, June 11th, Wednesday, June 12th, and Thursday, June 13th (4 days to choose from)
  • DU Off-Campus Students Main Pick-up dates- Sunday, June 9th through Sunday, June 16th. (8 days to choose from)
  • DU Delivery Dates for Summer Storage and "Ship to school" customers are Saturday, August 31st, Tuesday, September 3rd, Thursday, September 5th, and Saturday, September 7th (4 days to choose from)
  • We offer special pick-ups all Summer long and special deliveries outside our main delivery dates for $175
  • College Student Storage is closed Thanksgiving, December 24th - 26th, December 30th - 31st, January 1st - 2nd,  July 4th, Sunday, August 25th ( Our staff has to get ready for classes), and Monday, August 26th, our staff all starts classes

About DU & Our Services

The University of Denver is a private institution that was founded in 1864. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 5,867 (fall 2021), its setting is city, and the campus size is 125 acres. It utilizes a quarter-based academic calendar. University of Denver's ranking in the 2022-2023 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities, #105. Its tuition and fees are $56,439.

The University of Denver's campus spans 125 acres and is located just a few miles from downtown Denver. Students interested in living among the Colorado Rockies can study at the university's Kennedy Mountain Campus. DU is also home to the well-regarded Sturm College of Law.
