Box Delivery Schedule
Sunday, May 28th – 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, June 4th - 3 p.m. -5 p.m.
1. OFF Campus residences-Greek Houses-We will deliver a box kit of 12 boxes (3 different sizes), tape, poster tube, marker, and tags to your residence from 10 am -4 pm on both of these days. We will call or text you when on the way. If you are not around we will leave a box kit labeled with your name and confirmation # at your front door, the front desk of your apartment building, or in the lobby of your Greek house.
2. You can come to meet us on campus on either day at the box delivery locations we have set up for on-campus students.
3. You can also pick up your box kit (12 boxes), tape, and a poster tube if you can’t wait for us to deliver them to you or you sign up late at the location to be determined. Go in and tell the people at the counter you are a signed-up CSS customer and give them your name and customer ID # and they will give you a box kit of 12 boxes (3 different sizes), tape, poster tube, labels, marker, and tags.
4. After these dates, We can ship you a box kit anytime for an additional $49. It takes three to four days to arrive. The kit includes ten boxes (four large, three medium, and three small) and tape.
DU Off-Campus and Greek House Pickup Schedule
Saturday, June 3rd, and before- Call or email the office to set up, then register online at csstorage.com
Sunday, June 4th – Sunday, June 11th (8 days to choose from)- 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Please fill out the signup form online. You can indicate the day and a two-hour window you would like us to show up to pick up your shipping or storage items or vehicle.
Monday, June 12th - Throughout the rest of the summer and the year – Special pick up any day, including weekends (Except for Holidays) Our daily pick times are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day throughout the summer. Please fill out the signup form online. You can indicate the day and a two-hour window you would like us to show up. There is a $175 charge for this service.
DU In-House CSU SORORITIES and FRATERNITIES
**** CSS offers IN-ROOM PICK-UP SERVICES****
You can let us know when we show up at your residence hall that you would like this service and escort us to your room. We will move all your labeled items from your room to our truck. In-Room pick-up is an additional $75 charge. If our employees do a good job please tip them, they are all college students, and work very hard, and can use the extra $$.
If you leave before we get there, please leave your items in the lobby with your name and confirmation # on them. We will text you to confirm we have picked them up.
**Please login to your account and print out labels using the label paper we gave you.
**Please put 4 labels on any large item, and 2 labels on any small item
**Please use the marker we gave you and write your full name, confirmation #, and school on all 4 sides of any box you give us.
**Storage customers: WE CAN STORE ANYTHING (INCLUDING VEHICLES), IT DOES NOT NEED TO GO IN A BOX! Any items like bikes, skis, snowboards, futons, plastic containers (pack them full of stuff), desk chairs, any furniture, lamps, etc. do not need to be boxed, they are fine the way they are! We can store all items, they do not need to be in a box!
**All flat-screen TVs must be repacked and boxed, or we will do this for you on pick up. There is a $50 -$100 charge for this for custom TV boxes, packing material, and time.
** Shipping customers: WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We will have bubble wrap available. For any items that do not fit in our boxes and you want to be shipped, just give them to us the way they are and we will re-pack them at our warehouse and then ship them for you. We repack and ship a lot of Bikes and Flat Screen tvs for students!
** Both Summer Storage and Shipping Services: Many students use both, our shipping and storage services at the same time!! Just label and tell us which items you want to be shipped and which ones you want to be stored, it's that simple!
** Do not store food: Please do not store any food with your items. Canned food is ok, anything else, please throw it away. It will draw insects and critters into your boxes.
** Return Unused Boxes: Students can take as many boxes as they want. Students that do not return any unused boxes when we pick up their items will be charged for them

** If you would like a special pickup after June 15th, the special pickup fee is $125 throughout the summer. Email or call the office ahead of time to set up. All special pickups are based on our availability
