Shipping Packing & Repacking

College students often have little experience with packing and shipping procedures. While they might not keep many valuables at school, expensive electronics and other belongings can get damaged in transit.

We’ve helped many students repack both fragile items and large bulk items like bikes, computers, and TVs.

When we arrive to pick up your items and boxes for shipping, just tell us which items you want to be repacked, and we will note it on your contract and then professionally repack them at our warehouse with bubble wrap and double box these items.

We’ll make sure your belongings get placed in the correct size box along with the proper packing materials. Disassembly of bikes is a piece of cake. Skis, snowboards, and skateboards, no problem! We have the correct boxes for all of them. Don’t worry about your electronics or fragile items, we add a second layer of security by double boxing in addition to using the proper packing materials.

Repacking rooms or apartments for shipping

Need a hand repacking your dorm room or apartment for shipping, no problem. Not in the state and need items repacked and shipped, no problem. CSS employees will come to your residence with boxes, tape, and bubble wrap and pack up all your items up for shipping. We then move them to our truck, take them to our warehouse, and tag and ship them for you.

Things you should know about our Repacking and Shipping services:

• CSS will repack all or any of your items that need repacking at our warehouse to make sure they arrive safely.
• If you need items repacked, you need to let us know on pick up which shipping items you want repacked. Some students have some boxes and items that may need repacked for shipping and then some boxes and items that don't. We need to know when we pick your shipping items up which items need to be repacked so we can note it on your contract and repack them at our warehouse.
• We repack and ship bikes!
• We have the correct size boxes for TV's, skis, bikes, snowboards, and skateboards
• We can make or order boxes for custom or odd shaped items.
• We automatically put $500 of insurance from UPS on every shipped item. That way if UPS damages or loses an item when it's shipped, you're covered.
• We can put any amount of insurance over $500 you want on any shipped item.
• **If items are packed by the customer incorrectly, UPS will deny any damage claims to these items, even with insurance on them. If you are unsure, ask us when we show up to pick up your items if they are packed correctly or need repacked by us so they make it safely to their final destiation via UPS. 
• We can go to your residence and repack any or all your items for shipping if you ask us to do so, or repack anything for shipping at the warehouse if you tell us to do so when we pick them up from you.
• You don't have to be at home or in the state for us to repack your room for shipping, you can tell us this on the sign up form or by emailing the office.
• If you have large items that need shipped, it can be expensive, and frieght might be a better option.
