Are you going abroad or taking a semester off? Chances are, you don't need to take everything you own home with you, and might not have a car at school to move your items into storage.

Don't stress, we've got you covered. Our abroad and semester storage services are for all college students, whether you live on or Off-campus, anytime throughout your college career. Our warehouses are climate-controlled and alarmed with cameras and motion sensors. All CSS employees are current or former CU and CSU students.

• CSS provides you with packing supplies that we deliver to you ahead of time. Boxes (3 different sizes and up to 12), tape, labels, tags, marker, and a poster tube
• We can store or ship anything, including your vehicle!
• Your items don't have to go in a box. Plastic containers, bikes, skis, rugs, TVs, snowboards, all furniture, beds, vehicles, etc.
• We pick up all of your storage items at your residence, on or off-campus. When you sign up online put in the day and time you would like your items picked up.
• We keep in touch with you through informative emails, short and to the point.
• Many students need shipping services as well when going abroad. We can pick up your shipping and storage items at the same time. We put $500 of insurance on each item shipped and email you tracking numbers. We can ship your items internationally!
• When you return to school, we deliver your items to your new address. We can store your items for multiple semesters, this is not a problem.
• All previous customers receive $50 off any of our storage services.

If you live outside Colorado or far away from campus, CSS is for you! We save you a ton of time, money, and hassle. CSS was started at CU Boulder in 1996, it is locally owned and operated. We serve 7 colleges and universities here in Colorado. If your student is going abroad, needs a semester off, or has a medical emergency, we can help you out. We are here for you all winter long to assist you. 

CSS offers numerous door-to-door services to help your son or daughter throughout their college career besides abroad or semester storage. These include moving services, shipping, freighting, repacking rooms and apartments, hauling services, and car storage.

• We keep parents updated as well with informative emails. That way if your student doesn’t read them, you can keep them informed
• Abroad and Semester storage prices are based on the amount of items students give us and include pick up at their residence on or off-campus, storage for as long as you need, and delivery back to their new residence when they return to school, plus insurance. A good average cost for our abroad or semester storage service for on-campus and Greek students is between $450- $500 and for off-campus students with a one-bedroom full of furniture and items $750-$850 per semester. Moving fees are additional and depend on what floor the student lives on and the stairs we encounter, assembly and disassembly of bed frames, and if a student is ready to be picked up or we have to pack items up and label them.
• ( DO NOT USE THE STICKER LABELS on top of your furniture, they sometimes don't come off that well) v
• We have excellent email customer support- during the winter months we are in and out of the office a lot, so email works best to reach us.
• We save you money! Examples: Having to take time off work and or vacation days, flying or driving to Colorado, renting a car, meals, staying in a hotel room, renting a storage locker, going and getting packing supplies, moving items to a storage unit, and then doing it all these steps all over again when your student returns to school.
• You don’t need to come to school to help your students pack up their dorm room or off-campus address. We give them packing instructions, send them informative emails, and have packing videos on the bottom of our homepage to assist them. If they are in college, they can do this without your help. The cost is $175 per hour.
